It is one of the few mixing equipment manufacturers in the Central Plains region that has passed inspection and certification by the Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The company offers customized turnkey solutions for various models, along with free site layout planning, employee training, and technical support.

The HZS240 twin-unit concrete mixing plant is a batching plant equipped with two mixing units, each featuring a JS4000 forced-action mixer and a PLD6400 batcher. It is a fully automated concrete mixing plant that requires relatively low capital investment and occupies a small footprint, delivering a discharge cycle of 60 seconds per batch with a theoretical production capacity of 480 m³/h.

Its intuitive interface is easy to learn and use, with a dynamic panel that provides clear real-time status updates for all components and enables data storage and report printing.
3. Excellent Maintenance Accessibility: Each maintenance and repair location is equipped with walkways or ladders, providing direct visibility and ample working space. The main unit cleaning system features both pump-driven flushing and manual operation modes, which can be operated simultaneously. Furthermore, the station’s fully or semi-enclosed design ensures that all operations can be carried out reliably in all weather conditions.
4. Outstanding Environmental Performance All powdered materials—from feeding and batching to metering, addition, and mixing and discharging—are handled in a sealed environment. Product Structure
The 240-mixing station with two mixers is mainly divided into the following five sections:
I. Mixing Host
The closed-type shaft-end sealing device is designed to effectively prevent slurry leakage; the blades, liners, and mixing arms are all made of alloy wear-resistant materials, with a service life exceeding the national standard; the mixing drum features a large internal space with a low volume-to-surface-area ratio, providing ample space that enhances mixing efficiency and reduces energy consumption.

II. Concrete Batching Machine
Modular, quick-installation structure ensures convenient and rapid installation, fabrication, and transportation; batch weighing method delivers high accuracy in both coarse and fine batching; hopper-type and steel-structure configurations can be freely customized to suit site conditions and customer requirements.

III. Aggregate Belt Conveyor
The frame features a high-cross-section truss standard section design, offering excellent rigidity; materials are conveyed in a closed system, ensuring dust control and preventing material spillage, thus providing superior environmental protection; dual-side walkways with safety handrails facilitate convenient maintenance and inspection; the belt incorporates a nylon core for extended service life; and the suspended idler assembly provides automatic misalignment correction while operating at low noise levels.

IV. Measurement System
All metering components are sourced from internationally renowned brands, ensuring high reliability and strong anti-interference performance. Materials are dosed using a coarse-to-fine batching method, with vibratory discharge gates for precise material release, achieving exceptional metering accuracy. Two preset metering control modes are available for flexible selection.

V. Electrical Control System
Adopts an industrial PC–industrial control card control architecture with an open design that supports network connectivity; features a user-friendly interface, flexible operation, robust functionality, and high safety and efficiency; manual batching can be logged; employs a scientifically structured production logic that delivers low operating costs at equivalent output levels; and provides users with online real-time monitoring, networked management, and customized control and management systems.
