The HZS90 twin-unit concrete mixing plant is a batching plant equipped with two mixing units, each featuring a JS1500 forced-action mixer and a PLD2400 batcher. Product Structure

1. Mixing System:

The mixing system of the 90-m³ twin-unit concrete batching plant consists of an electric motor, belt conveyor, reducer, mixing drum, mixing mechanism, transmission system, and lubrication system. The main mixer is a JS1500 twin-shaft forced-action mixer, suitable for producing various types of concrete with aggregate sizes not exceeding 100 mm.

2. Measurement System

The twin-unit 90 concrete mixing plant employs a weighing system based on the PL2400 concrete batching machine, which consists of material storage hoppers, weighing hoppers, and conveying mechanisms. The weighing systems for cementitious materials, water, and admixtures are separately composed of weighing hoppers, sensors, and other components, with weighing control implemented by the control system.

3. Feeding System

Aggregate supply system. This section consists of the feeding mechanism and weighing system of the PL2400 concrete batching machine, capable of handling four types of aggregates.

Powder material supply system. This section consists of a cement silo and a cement screw conveyor. Cement is conveyed directly from the cement silo to the cement weighing hopper via the screw conveyor for metering.

4. Electrical Control Room

The electrical control system of the twin-unit 90 concrete mixing plant primarily consists of a control console and high-voltage control components centered around AC contactors. The entire system is installed within the control room and enables fully automatic and semi-automatic control throughout the entire production process, including batching, material lifting, mixing, and discharging.

5. Pneumatic System

The air supply is provided by a W-1.0/10 air compressor, and the filtered, oil-lubricated air is distributed to each branch line via a manifold. The pneumatic system is divided into sections for aggregate feeding, mixer discharge, cement discharge, cement silo arch-breaking, and admixture mixing, among others.
