Huihong Machinery is a large-scale manufacturer of mixing equipment, with many years of experience in research and development, manufacturing, sales, and installation and construction. It is one of the few mixing equipment manufacturers in the Central Plains region that has passed inspection and certification by the Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The HZS60 twin-unit concrete mixing plant is a batching plant equipped with two mixing units, each featuring a JS1000 forced-action mixer and a PLD1600 batcher. It is a fully automated concrete mixing plant that requires relatively low capital investment and occupies a small footprint, delivering a discharge cycle of 60 seconds per batch with a theoretical production capacity of 120 m³/h.

1. The mixing unit is equipped with a JS1000 forced-action twin-shaft mixer, which features strong mixing capacity, excellent mixing quality, high production efficiency, long service life, and high reliability. It can effectively mix various types of concrete—including plastic, semi-dry hard, and dry hard—meeting the requirements of national standards.
2. Whether measuring aggregates, powders, water, or liquid admixtures, the key components of the batching and control system are all imported; the entire machine is microcomputer-controlled, with a sampling rate of 120 samples per second or higher, and features drop correction and automatic compensation to ensure measurement accuracy and stability. The optional application of sand moisture-content measurement technology further guarantees the stability of the concrete mix proportions.
3. Employ a nationally approved pneumatic conveying system equipped with an admixture metering scale for the measurement and delivery of admixtures, thereby preventing concrete quality incidents caused by malfunctions in the admixture system.
4. Equipped with a touch screen, a microcomputer, and two operating systems, the equipment supports manual, semi-automatic, and automatic modes of operation, ensuring reliable performance.
5. Features include proportioned storage, automatic drop compensation, automatic moisture-content compensation for sand and gravel,欠秤 (underweight) and 超秤 (overweight) alarm correction, online recipe modification, data storage, query, reporting, and printing.

Material Storage System
Cement silos are equipment used in twin-unit 60-mixing plants for the bulk storage of cement. They can replace conventional concrete silos and offer advantages such as water and moisture resistance, prevention of cement loss and environmental pollution, a small footprint, long service life, and low construction costs.

Conveying system

The pneumatic system serves as the actuating mechanism for the operations of the twin-unit 60-m³ batching plant. Its function is to promptly open and close the discharge gates of the aggregate bins, the mixer, and the cement scale in accordance with the commands issued by the industrial microcomputer; to break arching within the cement silo; to blow and agitate the admixture; to ensure precise metering of all aggregates, cement, and admixtures; and to complete the loading of the finished product.
