Inspection Standards
- This standard serves as the unified basis for product inspection within the company, and all inspection activities must be carried out in strict accordance with it. For special products or when customers have additional requirements, a supplementary inspection agreement may be entered into on the basis of this standard.
- Inspection personnel shall be qualified through professional training and assessment before taking up their posts; they must be familiar with product design drawings, technical specifications, industry standards, and the requirements of this standard, possess the requisite inspection skills and a strong sense of responsibility, and objectively record data throughout the inspection process to ensure that the inspection results are accurate and reliable.
- Measurement instruments and testing equipment used for inspection shall be calibrated on a regular basis to ensure that their accuracy meets the required standards; only after passing calibration may they be put into service. Equipment that has not been calibrated or that fails calibration shall be strictly prohibited from being used in inspection activities.
- During inspection, any nonconformities must be immediately identified and segregated, and the relevant departments must be promptly notified to investigate the root causes and implement corrective actions. Following correction, the item must be re-inspected; only upon passing inspection may it proceed to the next stage. For seriously nonconforming products, the company’s quality management procedures for scrapping, rework, or repair must be strictly followed, and the release of nonconforming products into the market is strictly prohibited.
