The HZS35 twin-unit concrete mixing plant is a batching plant equipped with two mixing units, each featuring a JS750 forced-action mixer and a PLD1200 batcher. Product Structure
JS750 Concrete Mixer
Equipped with the JS750 series twin-shaft forced-action mixer, the main unit comprises a mixing mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a water-supply system, a transmission system, and a reducer. It features short mixing times and excellent mixing quality, making it suitable for dry-hard, semi-dry-hard, plastic concrete, and various mix proportions.

PLD1200 batching machine
The PLD1200 batching machine consists of a material storage hopper, sensors, a conveyor belt, and other components.

Ring-beam type powder tank
The powder tank adopts a ring-beam design, with the support legs and tank body connected via a ring beam, enhancing safety and reliability.
Material Storage System
The cement silo is equipment used at the SHZS35 concrete mixing plant to store bulk powdered materials. It can replace traditional civil-engineering material bins, offering features such as water and moisture resistance, prevention of cement loss and environmental pollution, a small footprint, long service life, and low construction costs.

Conveying system
Belt conveyors are the ideal high-efficiency, continuous conveying equipment for 60-mixing plants, offering advantages such as long conveying distances, large throughput, and continuous operation. Measurement system

Control Room
The control system is the central hub of the 60-mixing plant, with computer-based control that supports both automatic and manual operation. It is simple to operate and easy to master. A dynamic panel provides clear real-time display of the operating status of each component, while also enabling data storage and report printing.

Pneumatic system
The pneumatic system serves as the actuating mechanism for the operations of the 60-m³ batching plant. Its function is to promptly open and close the discharge gates of the aggregate bins, the mixer, and the cement scale in accordance with the commands issued by the industrial microcomputer; to break arching within the cement silo; to blow and stir the admixture; to ensure precise metering of all aggregates, cement, and admixtures; and to complete the loading of the finished product.
