Product Structure
I. Mixing Device
The mixing unit of the 180 m³/h twin-unit concrete batching plant is a dual-horizontal-shaft forced-action mixer, which delivers strong mixing capacity, excellent homogeneity, high production efficiency, and reliable operational performance. It achieves outstanding mixing results for dry-hard, plastic, and all other mix proportions. The mixer’s top cover is equipped with water spray nozzles, maintenance access doors, inspection ports, and a material-feeding system. The feeding system includes inlet chutes for cement, fly ash, and aggregates, as well as a water-injection device. To enhance the impact of water on the main shaft and prevent material adhesion, a pipeline pump is installed on the mixer’s top cover to ensure that the shaft remains free of sticking material.

II. Aggregate Batching and Conveying Section
The aggregate batching and conveying section consists of an aggregate batching machine and an inclined belt conveyor. The process flow is as follows: aggregate yard—storage silo—metering hopper—horizontal belt conveyor—inclined belt conveyor.
1. Aggregate Batching Machine
The aggregate batching machine is equipped with four aggregate bins, typically used for the gradation of up to four types of aggregates. The aggregate bins feed material into the weighing hopper, where a microcomputer-based weighing controller performs batch weighing, enabling functions such as setpoint adjustment, tare compensation, error correction, and output control signal generation.

2. Inclined Belt Conveyor
The incline belt conveyor consists primarily of a conveyor belt, drive unit, idlers, cleaning device, frame, and access ladder. After the measured aggregates are conveyed by the horizontal belt conveyor, they are fed into the intermediate storage hopper via the incline belt conveyor. Inspection walkways are provided on both sides of the incline belt conveyor, and chutes are installed underneath to prevent material spillage.

III. Powder Storage and Conveying System
The powder storage and conveying system consists of cement silos and screw conveyors. The process flow is as follows: powder silo → screw conveyor → powder metering hopper.
1. Cement silo
The cement silo is a steel structure comprising a support frame, a cylindrical shell, a flip-door discharge gate, a roof-mounted dust collector, an arch-breaking device, and a conveying pipe. Powder materials are conveyed into the silo under pressurized air through the conveying pipe, while pressurized gas generated inside the silo is discharged via the roof-mounted dust collector. Each cement silo is equipped with upper- and lower-level material level indicators that display the silo’s empty or full status.

2. Screw Conveyor
A screw conveyor is a device that feeds powdered materials from a silo into a metering hopper for precise measurement. It primarily consists of a power transmission unit, a screw shaft, a casing, intermediate support bearings, and inlet and outlet pipes. It features high conveying capacity, excellent sealing, zero dust emissions, and modular assembly for easy transportation.

IV. Measurement System
The batching system of a 180-type concrete mixing plant is divided into three parts: aggregate weighing is conducted via static metering, with belt scales and bucket scales as the primary options; cement and other powdered materials are weighed using single-point metering, typically with bucket scales; and mixing water and admixtures are generally measured either by flow meters or by bucket scales.

V. Control Room
The control room of the 180-mixing station with two mixing units features a vertical structural design, with walls clad in lightweight insulated panels. It houses an electrical control and operating system, and is equipped with a large, flat glass window at the front, providing unobstructed views and ample natural light.
