A horizontal cement silo is a storage auxiliary equipment suitable for construction projects such as building construction, highways, bridges, and hydropower engineering. It can store and handle various dry, small-particle or powdered materials, including cement, dry sand, chemical powders, fly ash, and other similar materials.
The horizontal cement tank is equipped with an electric dust-collection device at its top, which captures suspended particles within the tank and thereby reduces environmental pollution. When significant dust accumulates on the collector, the electrical control system can activate the vibration motor to shake off the accumulated dust, offering convenient operation, simple use, and reliable safety.

3. Perform regular maintenance and upkeep. Some sites use cement tanks without providing any maintenance, resulting in the exterior paint having deteriorated over time to the point where the original color is no longer discernible. While some users may consider this insignificant, it is actually far from trivial. Maintenance and upkeep of cement tanks—including cleaning, lubrication, and refueling—are critical details that must not be overlooked and should be taken seriously; strict adherence to these procedures is essential.
