Information and Product Description for Modular Cement Silos: Our company offers modular cement silos in a variety of capacities and tonnages, designed for the storage of bulk materials such as grain, cement, and fly ash. Each silo is equipped with a level-monitoring system that displays the material level. These modular cement silos are specifically engineered to address challenges associated with conventional cement silos, including difficulties in on-site fabrication of cylindrical structures, cumbersome on-site relocation, and logistical constraints related to oversized and over-height transportation. All cement silos comply with industry standards. Discharge heights are available at 1.96 meters and 4.2 meters, and custom configurations can be manufactured to meet specific customer requirements.
Performance Features
1. Dust Collection System: An electric dust collection device is installed at the top of the cement silo, effectively capturing suspended particulates within the silo and reducing environmental pollution.
2. Arch-breaking device: The conical bottom of the cement silo is equipped with an air-blown arch-breaking device that uses a small solenoid directional control valve housed in the pneumatic control box to regulate the release of compressed air, thereby breaking arches in cement and various powdered materials and preventing material buildup and blockages.
