Huihong Construction’s concrete batching equipment features sand-and-gravel batching units that can be fed by wheel loaders or belt conveyors. It can be integrated with cement silos and other auxiliary equipment, as well as with various types of mixers and other metering devices, to form fully automated or semi-automated mixing plants.
The PLD1600 concrete batching machine is available in two configurations: a two-bin model and a three-bin model. Depending on the concrete mix design provided by the user, the batching machine automatically performs the batching process for 3 to 6 materials, including sand, aggregate, and cement.
The Huihong Construction PLD1600 concrete batching plant is designed for autoclaved fly-ash brick and lime-sand brick production lines of all scales. It effectively ensures batching accuracy and boosts production efficiency. The equipment features a simple design, reliable operation, and convenient handling and maintenance. Thanks to its precise metering, it reliably guarantees the quality of fly-ash bricks and lime-sand bricks. The PLD series concrete batching plants are a new type of batching machinery, ideally suited for general construction sites as well as road and bridge projects.
Uses and Advantages
The PLD1600 concrete batching machine is commonly used at HZS50 and HZS60 concrete mixing plants, as well as at small and medium-sized concrete mixing stations on construction sites.
Sand and gravel batching units equipped with loader or belt conveyor feeding can handle two to four different materials. When paired with various types of mixers and other metering devices, they can be configured into fully automatic or semi-automatic concrete mixing plants.
The PLD1600 concrete batching machine effectively ensures the accuracy of mix proportions for cement, sand, gravel, and other materials, and its electronic weighing system further enhances weighing precision. Moreover, the top panel of the batching machine developed by Huihong can be lowered or removed as needed, significantly reducing the physical workload in the material-feeding process and improving construction convenience.
