Huihong Construction’s concrete batching equipment features sand-and-gravel batching units that can be fed by wheel loaders or belt conveyors. It can be integrated with cement silos and other auxiliary equipment, as well as with various types of mixers and other metering devices, to form fully automated or semi-automated mixing plants. The PLD4800 concrete batching machine is available in two configurations: a two-bin system and a three-bin system. Based on the concrete mix proportions specified by the user, the batching machine automatically executes the batching sequence for 3 to 6 materials, including sand, aggregate, and cement.
The PLD4800 batching machine features an overall “I”-shaped configuration. Both the material storage hopper and the weighing hopper are equipped with pneumatically operated sector-shaped gates. The weighing system employs load-cell measurement, enabling independent metering of four types of aggregates to enhance batching accuracy. The discharge belt conveyor is a trough-type design driven by rubber-covered drive rollers powered by an electric motor. This batching machine is designed for use in conjunction with the JS3000 concrete mixer and can also serve as the batching equipment for an HZS180 mixing plant, making it an ideal batching solution for large-scale construction sites or precast component factories.
