Huihong Construction’s concrete batching equipment features a sand-and-aggregate batching unit that can be fed by wheel loaders or belt conveyors. It is designed to work in conjunction with cement silos and other auxiliary equipment, as well as with various types of mixers and other metering devices, enabling the creation of fully automated or semi-automated mixing plants. The PLD2400 concrete batching machine is available in two configurations: a two-bin system and a three-bin system. Based on the concrete mix proportions specified by the user, the machine automatically executes the batching sequence for 3 to 6 materials, including sand, aggregate, and cement. This batching equipment effectively ensures the accuracy of the mix ratios for cement, sand, and aggregate, while the integrated electronic weighing system further enhances weighing precision. Additionally, the top panel of the batching machine can be lowered or removed as needed, significantly reducing the physical workload associated with material feeding and improving operational convenience.
