Huihong Machinery is a large-scale manufacturer of mixing equipment, with many years of experience in research and development, manufacturing, sales, and installation and construction. It is one of the few mixing equipment manufacturers in the Central Plains region that has passed inspection and certification by the Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Features of the JS4000 Mixer
1. An internationally advanced centralized dry-oil lubrication system, equipped with overpressure and low-oil-level alarms, ensuring safety and reliability.
2. The liner plates and mixing blades of the JS4000 mixer are made of high-hardness, high-toughness wear-resistant alloy cast steel, ensuring a long service life.
3. The transmission system employs an involute planetary gear reducer, and a universal-joint drive shaft ensures synchronous and equal-speed rotation of the two agitator shafts.
4. The hydraulic discharge system is equipped with a manual operating device, allowing the discharge door to be opened using an emergency manual pump for emergency discharge in the event of a sudden power outage.
Product Structure
1. Mixing System
The feeding system of the JS4000 mixer consists of a winch mechanism, a feeding rack, a hopper, a feed nozzle, and other components.
Mixing Drum: The curved section of the mixing drum in the JS4000 mixer is welded, and five types of lining plates are embedded inside the drum, all securely fastened to the drum shell with countersunk screws.
Lining plates: Due to varying contact conditions between the aggregate and the lining plates, wear is uneven. To extend the service life of the lining plates, they can be periodically swapped.
Oil supply pump: A dedicated sealing device is installed at the connection points between the mixing shaft and both ends of the mixing drum. To ensure sealing quality, a dedicated oil supply pump is provided on the end face of the mixing drum.
2. Discharge System
The discharge system consists of a discharge gate, air pump, directional control valve, air distribution valve, pneumatic cylinder, and electrical components. The Huihong JS4000 mixer is equipped with advanced hydraulic drive equipment, which eliminates the problem of insufficient air pressure during pneumatic-gate discharge that can prevent the mixer from discharging properly. The manual operating lever is intended for emergency discharge in the event of a temporary power outage or when the pneumatic cylinder fails; it should be removed under normal operating conditions to prevent injury.
3. Electrical System
The electrical control circuit is equipped with an air switch, fuses, and a thermal relay, providing short-circuit and overload protection. The control buttons, the air switch handle, and the indicator lights are all mounted on the distribution box door, which is also fitted with a lock. In addition, each button is provided with a protective cover.
