Product Details
Huihong Machinery is a large-scale manufacturer of mixing equipment, with many years of experience in research and development, manufacturing, sales, and installation and construction. It is one of the few mixing equipment manufacturers in the Central Plains region that has passed inspection and certification by the Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The company offers customized turnkey solutions for various models, along with free site layout planning, employee training, and technical support.

Product Structure
1. Mixing System
The feeding system of the JS3000 mixer consists of a winch mechanism, a feeding rack, a hopper, a feed nozzle, and other components.

The electric motor is directly connected to a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, whose two output shafts drive the horizontally mounted agitator shaft to rotate in opposite directions at equal speeds via split gears.

The curved section of the mixing drum is welded, and five types of lining plates are inlaid inside the drum, all securely fastened to the drum shell with countersunk screws.
2. Feeding System
During material feeding, the mixture to be mixed is loaded into the hopper, the feeding system is started, and a steel wire rope pulls the hopper upward. When the hopper reaches a predetermined height, it enters the feeding rack, where the hopper door automatically opens and the material is discharged through a funnel into the mixing drum.

3. Water Supply System
The water supply system consists of an electric motor, a water pump, a throttling valve, a cleaning device, and spray pipes. The water required for concrete mixing is delivered by the water pump through the throttling valve to the spray pipes, with the throttling valve used to regulate the water flow.

4. Discharge System
The discharge system consists of a discharge gate, pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, and other components, and is available in three configurations: hydraulically controlled, pneumatically controlled, and manually controlled. The discharge gate is mounted at the bottom of the mixer and uses pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders to enable automated discharge. Two limit switches are installed on the left and right sides above the discharge gate to control its opening and closing positions, while adjusting the position of the sealing strip ensures a tight seal.

5. Electrical Control System
The electrical control system of the JS3000 mixer is equipped with an air switch, fuses, and thermal relays, providing short-circuit protection and overload protection. All control buttons, air-switch handles, and indicator lights are mounted on the distribution box door, which is also fitted with a lock. Each button is protected by a guard cover. The electrical components inside the distribution box are mounted on a single insulating panel, ensuring safety and reliability while facilitating operation and maintenance.
