Product Structure

Mixer drum

The mixer drum is the main body of the JS1000 concrete mixer, supporting all its components and serving as the container for the mix. The drum is fabricated from high-quality steel plate in a monolithic Ω-shaped configuration, offering low volumetric utilization but ample internal space for more efficient mixing—particularly well-suited for high-performance concrete—and featuring enhanced overload capacity.

Discharge device

The Huihong JS1000 mixer is driven by a hydraulic system, which, compared with pneumatic transmission, offers a compact structure, smooth operation, precise door-positioning, and the ability to manually open the discharge door. High-pressure oil generated by the pump unit is routed through the control system and high-pressure oil lines to the hydraulic cylinder, thereby actuating the opening and closing of the discharge door. This allows for arbitrary adjustment of the door’s fully open position, enabling different discharge speeds.

Lining device

The lining plates of the JS1000 mixer comprise arc-shaped liners and end liners. The arc-shaped liners are made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy, with performance meeting the requirements of JG/T5045.2-93 (HRC ≥ 54, impact value ≥ 7.0 N·m/mm²), while the end liners are fabricated from high-quality, high-manganese wear-resistant steel plate.

Shaft-end sealing device

In horizontal-shaft concrete mixers, the main shaft is immersed in highly abrasive sand–gravel–cement mix during operation. Without an effective shaft-end seal, the shaft rapidly wears out and fails; in severe cases, slurry leakage occurs, compromising the mix gradation.

The JS1000 mixer manufactured by Huihong features a multi-stage shaft-end sealing system that effectively prevents mortar from leaking outward. In addition, an automatic lubrication system delivers lubricating grease, with grease pressure ensuring the long-term reliability of the shaft-end seal.

Mixing device

A stirring device comprising multiple sets of stirring arms and blades mounted on two stirring shafts ensures that the mix within the drum is thoroughly blended in both the longitudinal and transverse directions within a short period, thereby achieving complete mixing.

The JS1000 mixer blades manufactured by Huihong are made of high-strength, impact-resistant, wear-resistant cast iron, capable of handling 3,700 batches per cycle under normal operating conditions. Their performance specifications comply with the requirements of JG/T 5045.1-93: HRC ≥ 58, impact value ≥ 5.0 N·m/mm², and flexural strength ≥ 600 N/mm².
