The YHZS120 mobile mixing plant has a theoretical production capacity of 2 cubic meters per batch and an hourly output of 120 m³/h. It is equipped with a JS2000 mixing unit and is suitable for construction projects of all sizes—large, medium, and small. The YHZS120 mobile mixing plant is ideal for temporary projects or construction sites that require frequent relocation.

Detailed Explanation of the YHZS120 Mobile Mixing Plant Equipment:
I. Mixer
- The JS2000 mixing drum employs a dual-axis, dual-impeller design, delivering strong mixing performance and making it suitable for concrete mixes with a wide range of consistency characteristics.
- The mixer has a feed capacity of 3,200 liters and is suitable for batching and mixing all types of concrete.
II. Batching Machine
- The PLD3200 batching machine supplies the mixer with imported aggregates that meet the required specifications.
- The weighing hopper has a capacity of 3,200 liters and feeds the mixing unit via a belt conveyor, making it suitable for batching two types of aggregates.
- The batching system is equipped with sensors that communicate with the control room, ensuring aggregate weighing accuracy of no more than 2% and thereby guaranteeing mixing quality.
III. Belt Conveyor
- The rack is a truss structure that connects the main unit chassis to the aggregate batching frame, forming the core of the entire plant and requiring no disassembly.
IV. Control Room
- The control room is located on another section of the chassis, beneath the mixing unit, allowing for easy observation of the entire batching and feeding process. The control room is equipped with a microcomputer-based control system that automates the material discharge. After the batching plant operator sets the desired mix proportions, the system automatically completes the prescribed number of mixing cycles.
V. Overall Pallet
- The integral pallet serves as the foundational structure for the mobile 120 concrete mixing plant, much like the main structural framework of the 90 plant. However, while the 90 plant’s main structure must be assembled on-site, the mobile 120 plant requires no additional on-site assembly: the mixer, control room, batching units, and other components are all integrated onto a single, self-contained pallet. Equipped with wheels and a tow hitch, this pallet enables the entire mobile mixing plant to be relocated as a unit.
