The HZS150 concrete mixing plant is a highly efficient concrete production system widely used in various construction projects. Its production line comprises key equipment such as a twin-shaft mixer, batching unit, cement silo, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, and a computer-controlled control room, all of which ensure high-quality, high-efficiency concrete production. With a theoretical capacity of 150 cubic meters per hour, the plant can meet the demands of large-scale engineering projects.

Among them, the JS3000 mixer boasts a main motor power of 110 kW and a nominal capacity of 3,000 liters, enabling rapid and uniform mixing of various raw materials to ensure optimal workability and strength of the concrete. The batching plant features four storage bins with a total batching capacity of 3,200 liters, allowing for precise proportioning of aggregates, cementitious materials, and admixtures to ensure the scientific soundness and rationality of the concrete mix design.

In terms of cement storage and weighing, the equipment can be equipped with a 150–200-ton cement silo, fully meeting both storage and production requirements. The cement weighing range is 0 to 1,600 kilograms, with an accuracy of ±1% of the weight. In addition, the admixture weighing range is 0 to 50 kilograms, also with an accuracy of ±1% of the weight, thereby ensuring precise control of all concrete ingredients. Furthermore, the aggregate weighing accuracy is ±2%, further enhancing the rigor of the entire production process.

The HZS150 concrete batching plant features a discharge height of 3.8 meters, facilitating seamless integration with other construction equipment and thereby enhancing overall construction efficiency. With a total installed power of 215.5 kW, its robust power supply ensures stable and sustained performance even during peak production periods. Boasting outstanding performance and reliable quality, this batching plant has become an indispensable piece of critical equipment in the modern construction industry, providing a solid foundation for a wide range of projects.
