What is the total power of the 180 concrete mixing plant?
We know that the HZS180 concrete mixing plant is equipped with a 3-cubic-meter mixer, which is why it is also referred to as a “3-cubic-meter mixing plant.” Power supply is critical for a 180-capacity mixing plant: if the transformer’s capacity does not meet the total power requirement, the equipment cannot operate even after it has been installed. To determine the required power, simply add up the individual power ratings of all components.
Below, Huihong will discuss: What is the total power rating of a 180 concrete mixing plant?
I. Main unit power of the 180 concrete mixing plant: main mixing motor power is 55 kW × 2, and hydraulic pump motor power is 0.9 kW.
II. PLD4800 batching machine for a 180 m³ concrete mixing plant: electric drum power 18.5 kW, equipped with four vibrators, each rated at 1.5 kW.
3. The electric drum for the aggregate belt conveyor at the 180 concrete mixing plant has a power rating of 45 kW.
4. Power ratings of the weighing system components at the 180 m³/h concrete mixing plant: the submersible pump motor for the water weighing system is 11 kW; the admixture pump in the admixture weighing system has a power rating of 3 kW; and the pneumatic systems for cement and fly ash metering have motor power ratings of 0 kW.
5. The φ325 screw conveyor at the 180 concrete mixing plant is driven by two 18.5 kW motors, while the φ273 screw conveyor is driven by two 15 kW motors.
6. The air pump motor at the 180 concrete mixing plant has a power rating of 18.5 kW; the total power of other auxiliary equipment is approximately 8 kW.
Therefore, the total installed power of the 180 concrete mixing plant is 287.9 kW, necessitating the use of an industrial transformer with a capacity of 300 kVA or greater to meet the user’s requirements.
